The BTI equips students for their Corporate Work Study assignments with training in three key areas:
Personal development: Students will receive advice on public speaking, positive work attitude, and conflict resolution.
Business etiquette: Students will learn about professional behavior, attire, and phone etiquette, how to greet and converse with adults in the workplace, and how to be proactive during office downtime.
Entry-level office skills: Students will learn how to operate copiers, fax machines, computers and phone systems. They will also learn the basics of the Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
